We have every confidence that you'll adore your purchase, but we also understand the importance of peace of mind, especially when buying items without the opportunity to see them in person. Our transparent returns process is designed to provide you with comfort and confidence.

Online and Phone Purchases:

If your online or phone purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you have a 14-day window from the delivery date to request a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be in pristine, unworn, and undamaged condition, complete with all accessories and packaging. Our dedicated team will process refunds within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. 

In-Person Purchases:

For in-store purchases, we offer a 14-day window for exchanges or credit notes, providing you with flexibility and options. If the watch is found to be faulty, broken, or damaged, we are committed to an immediate free repair as the appropriate remedy. Please note that a restocking fee, usually 5% of the total value, may apply.

Sale Items and Deposits:

Kindly be aware that items purchased on sale may not be eligible for a refund if you change your mind. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us before making your purchase.

Deposit Policy:

In most cases, a deposit of up to 10% is required for all orders. Please note that this deposit is strictly non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out to us before finalising your purchase.

Initiating Returns:

Refund Criteria:

To ensure a successful refund, please return the watch in its original unworn condition, including all accessories and packaging. Online and telephone purchases require the silver returns tag to be intact.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving the item, we will promptly inspect it. We will then contact you via your preferred communication method to inform you of the approval or status of your refund request. Once approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return Costs:

Please note that you are responsible for covering the direct return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee and Faulty Items:

A restocking fee, typically 10% of the purchase price, will be applied unless the item is deemed beyond repair or found to be faulty by the manufacturer.
