What payment methods do you acept?

Wondering how to pay for your purchase? At The Watch Boutique, we accept various payment options, including all major credit and debit cards, including Amex, cryptocurrency, and bank transfers.

Please note that our prices for pre-owned watches are based on the VAT margin scheme. This means that the VAT has already been paid when the watch was initially purchased. Our VAT Number is GB440897961.

I would like to view a watch, what is the best way to make an appointment?

If you'd like to see a watch in person before making a decision, we offer viewings by appointment only. Please note that our inventory is spread across multiple showrooms throughout the country. In some cases, a deposit may be required to transport stock to the showroom of your choice.

Can I book an appointment?

Where are you based?

Our flagship boutique is conveniently located in Liverpool city center, within the iconic Royal Liver Building. Additionally, we have showrooms in London's Hatton Garden, Glasgow, and the USA.

Do you offer any watch financing?

Unfortunately, we do not offer finance options at this time.

Deposits

Deposits are required in certain situations, such as when purchasing an item of stock or reserving a watch for in-person viewing. They are not needed when making full online purchases.

Do you offer an Authenticity Guarantee?

We take great pride in sourcing watches from verified and trusted third parties. Each watch entering The Watch Boutique is carefully inspected by our in-house watch technician with over 25 years of experience working with prestigious watch brands.

What are the different types of Watch Conditions?

Our watches typically fall into one of three categories:

New: Unworn and acquired from authorized dealerships.

Unworn: Owned for a year or two but in brand new condition

Worn/Pre Owned: Previously enjoyed, varying in condition and reflected in the price.

I'd like to sell my watch, how do I do that?

I'd like to part-exchange my watch, how do I do that?

Yes, we welcome part exchanges. Feel free to speak with one of our sales team members for assistance. Alternatively, please fill out the part-exchange form.

Do you offer a consignment service?

Interested in consigning your timepiece? This option allows us to advertise your watch on your behalf, potentially fetching you more money than an outright sale. We typically require a consignment period of at least 30 days.
